MaruSol - MaruTrade SLU was founded in 2002 by Rudy & Marilène and is a general services company for the benefit of all fellow residents of the urbanization Castalla Internacional.
You can find us in the heart of the urbanization, on one of the major roads, Calle Alcalde Juan Rico no. 7, close to the commercial centre and community pool

We started our company the very first moment we lived in the urbanization - back in early December 2002. From the day we came to Spain end 2001 we have spent our time investigating, checking and filtering out all information with regard to all kinds of business and services.
We have been in the middle of all events (or ‘non-events’!) in the urbanization since then.  Problems, accidents, new plans, the talks and rumors, the builder Marsadi, other builders, salesmen & women, estate agents, etc. etc. etc.  We have seen them, we have heard them. We have been there!
With the knowledge and experience gained we can now assist or provide every new neighbor with the items or services they need. We can ease the moving-in process, having been through all the problems and experiences that newcomers undergo. Or we can just update you on the latest events.
We believe that by sharing our experiences, together with the information gathered, we can be of great help to anybody buying, renting or owning a property in the urbanization of Castalla Internacional.
We also think that with the presence of our office right in the heart of the urbanization, we are in the best position to be of help.
And last, but not least, we are fellow neighbors. We have a vested interest in a good neighborhood. That said, it is clear that we have also a financial interest in our clients, as anybody else rendering services or selling products will have.
